Santa Fe, Tennessee is a small unincorporated community located in Maury County, Tennessee, United States. It is situated approximately halfway between Nashville and Lawrenceburg, just south of the Duck River. The community is named after the Santa Fe Railway, which once owned and operated a rail line through the area. Today, Santa Fe is a quiet rural community with a few small businesses and several historic sites, including the Santa Fe Railroad depot and the John Thomas Leiper House, both of which are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The area is known for its scenic beauty, with rolling hills and farmland surrounding the town.
